Instagram and Facebook Advertising
A popular trend is to market your promotions on Instagram and Facebook. Typically, this involves a short, eye-catching video or animation that illustrates your message in an interesting way. Messages are between :03 and :60-seconds, but since these videos repeat indefinitely when viewed in social media feeds, lengths are often best kept to between :10 and :30-seconds.
Advertising elements for both Instagram and Facebook, whether it be a video or animation, are generally square and able to be looped. Audio is often not necessary since such advertisements are generally only seen as users scroll through their feeds on their handheld devices. If audio is desired and available, the person viewing needs to actively choose to hear the message by tapping on the video or clicking on the speaker icon.
